5. Job Applications

Submitting a job application does not guarantee employment. Willpower Consultants acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers.

6. AI Services

Our AI-powered CV parsing, evaluation, and chat features are provided as supplementary tools. AI-generated assessments should be used as guidance only and do not constitute professional recruitment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Willpower Consultants Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services, if any.
